    Solution-focused professional responsible for representing Professional Services (PS) in the sales cycle for new opportunities within existing and prospective clients.Our client's Services Sales Account Manager engages with customers, Our client's Account Executives and our client's Professional Services to craft best-fit solutions and Professional Services engagements and sell them to prospective and existing clients. As a critical conduit between sales and delivery, Services Sales Account Manager translates customers’ business vision and strategy into solutions in the cloud and presents it to the customer. This is a cross-functional role that represents a tremendous opportunity for career growth.  

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    The Services Sales Account Manager is responsible for selling our client's Professional Services, ensuring that customer objectives and solution requirements are realized in the proposed solutions.

    • Selling Professional Services-related solutions
    • Present PS as a differentiator in the sales cycle
    • Lead presentations of Proposals and Statements of Work to customers whilst positioning our client's solutions and our client's Professional Services
    • Deliver value focused / results oriented PS proposals
    • Analyze customers’ goals and challenges and translate those into Proposals and Statements of Work
    • Align customers’ engagement objectives with our client's methodology and best practices
    • Measure solution scope with estimation tools
    • Work with our client's Account Executives to develop best-fit solutions for customers
    • Work with our client's Professional Services to mitigate risk and complexity in Professional Services engagements
    • Work with our client's Services Partners to marshal optimal resources to engagements

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate key messages and clearly explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
    • Ability to analyze customer goals and challenges and to synthesize those into cloud-based software solutions
    • Ability to think conceptually on-the-fly
    • Bachelor's degree in business, technical or related field preferred
    • 2 to 3 years in a professional services leadership capacity, e.g., Solution Architect, Engagement Management, Senior Consultant or Business Analyst
    • at least 1 to 2 years of experience selling consulting services

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    • Configure-Price-Quote domain expertise
    • Contract Management domain expertise
    • Technical knowledge of industry leading CRM applications such as
    • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Software Solutions
